Below, I am privileged to present to you a visual portfolio showcasing my competitive performances, training, and race-day execution

The video below captures the Terry Bekker Invitational held on 5 December 2025, where I finished in 2:03.83. This race reflects disciplined execution under competitive conditions and marked a key step in my progression toward higher-level middle-distance performance.

Above: Middle-distance racing is governed by rhythm: stride cadence, breathing cycles, and controlled execution under fatigue. My training in electric guitar, including completion of the Grade 5 Rock School examination, has sharpened my ability to internalize tempo, sustain precision, and make real-time adjustments without tension. This rhythmic discipline translates directly to race pacing, stride consistency, and composure in the latter stages of competition, giving me a measurable edge in execution

My Video Below..

Together, these videos reflect a single performance system. Speed development, race execution, and electric guitar training are all built on rhythm, timing, and control under pressure. This integration allows me to maintain efficiency at high intensity, make precise adjustments late in races, and execute consistently across competitive environments.

The video below…Bounds Cross Country — Saint Alban’s College

This video captures the finish of the Bounds Cross Country race at Saint Alban’s College, one of the most demanding school-distance events. The race emphasizes rhythm, endurance, and competitive awareness over uneven terrain. This finish reflects early development of race instincts, commitment through fatigue, and the foundation that later progression in middle-distance racing has been built upon.
